– It is controlled by PLC and easy to operate and repair. The vibrating plate feeds automatically. The process of clamping material, trimming pin, polarity test, veering, cutting pins and forming are completed simultaneously. Other processes can be added.
– Forming shapes: straight line, inner curvature, outer curvature, 90 degrees, front and rear curvature, two-way curvature, long and short pin, and other shapes can all be customized.
– Adopts a combined type mold, which is faster to replace.
– Adopts elastic material clip, which avoids spoiling materials. Dispense with adjusting material clip if materials are of similar size.
– The mold and cutter tools are all made of durable Japanese SKD-11 steel.
