– Equipped with Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen, this model can process transistors with various encapsulation modes, such as TO-220, TO-247 etc.
– A vibrating disk is equipped to line up and feed bulk transistors automatically, and a special rack for tubed transistors.
– Magnetic beads are lined up by a vibrating disk and conveyed to sleeving station, where they are automatically sleeved onto transistor pins.
– Then transistors with magnetic beads go to dispensing station for automatic dispensing.
– A special collection pan is supplied to collect and arrange finished products and avoid scattering.
