Automatic Y Capacitor Lead Forming Machine

Designed specially for sleeving, pin cutting and forming of bulk or belted tubular fuses. Can also sleeve heat shrinkable tube on tubular fuses and sleeve Teflon tube on both pins, or sleeve both types of tubes together.
– A special vibrating disk is equipped to feed bulk tubular fuses automatically.
– Automation process: cut belts (or feed bulk tubular fuses) – clamp tubular fuses – line up pins – sleeve tubes on fuses – tubes shrink – sleeve Teflon tubes on pins – form – cut pins – discharge.
– Belted components are fed by special gears automatically, and bulk components by vibrating disk. Replaceable forming dies are easy to install, remove and replace.
– The mechanical transmission structure and durable imported cams (guaranteed for 10 years) ensures the machine works with continued stability and precision.
– Aluminum profile frame, compact structure and smaller dimension, with a maximum processing rate of 1500pcs/h.
– Equipped with Panasonic PLC and touch screen for precise control, durable imported SMC or AirTAC cylinder, magnet switch and solenoid valve.
