– The machine is used for cutting, tube sleeving (coil of heat shrinkable tubes or Teflon tubes) and forming of belted components, and tubes can be sleeved on pins or components as required.
– Forming dies can be used to create specific shapes, and the length of sleeved tubes is adjustable.
– The machine is equipped with Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen for precise control.
– Separators position components precisely, and several stations work can be linked together to ensure a high speed, top quality process.
– The machine is widely used by factories producing power supplies based on its high levels of stability and automation, and can substitute between 3 to 6 operators.
