Irregular Components Inserting Machine

This machine is equipped with PLC and touch screen, and designed specially to insert irregular components onto the PCB assembly, and applicable components included but not limited to X capacitor, pin header, etc.
– Bulk components are lined up and fed by a vibrating disk to specified position and are inserted on the PCB assembly after pin-cutting and forming. Belted components are fed by a special feeding device to the clamping station for pin-cutting and forming, and are then clamped by a mechanical arm for insertion.
– The motion system uses the servo motor to position board feed precisely and repeatedly: ± 0.02mm; SMC and other pneumatic parts are equipped to guarantee the high stability of this machine.
– On-line and off-line modes are optional. In on-line mode, the machine is installed at the upstream of the production line to block and position PCBs for insertion.
– The machine is widely used by factories producing power supplies based on its high levels of stability and automation, and can substitute between 3-6 operators.
