For cutting PCB alignment with V notch and with a total width of less than 300mm (such as LED strip light PCB) in one step.
– Applicable substrates: aluminum, FR series and common glass fiber substrates.
– No restriction on PCB length, but individual PCB width shall be no less than 7mm.

– Cutting rate: 50-120mm/s (adjustable).
– PCB is moved manually into cutting area first, and then moved forward automatically till one individual PCB board is cut out completely. The individual PCB is then moved by a conveyor belt.
– The processing rate is X5 to X10 faster than a single-cutter machine.
– A specific conveyor belt is used to facilitate the collection of individual PCB boards and reduce the operator’s workload.
– Two sets of cutters are equipped to reduce bending stress, ensuring individual PCBs processed by the machine are free of bulking and deforming.
