Any PC board with V-CUT is appropriate for these machines.
– Operating motor optimizes drive separation velocity: 300/500/SEC.
– Keep the board stable when cutting. The upper circular knife moves from side to side guaranteeing the highest quality.
– Cutting by machine reduces stress and avoids soldered dot crack.
– Separating length: 400mm, PCB thickness: 0.5mm – 3.2mm (cutting length over 400mm can be customized)
– Residual PCB thickness: standard 1/3 PC board thick, min. 0.2mm, max. 0.8mm
– V slot depth C min. 0.25mm, the added external dimension after separating: 0.1mm – 0.2mm.
– Install photoelectric induction device to ensure that when the operators hand is placed in the cutting area, the machine stops automatically.
