Heel Grounder – Hook & Loop Strap

Foot grounders provides a continuous ground path between the operator and properly grounded ESD protected flooring. Foot grounders quickly and effectively discharge the static from a person to ground by connecting the person to a grounded walking surface during normal daily activities. Foot grounders are designed and manufactured for comfort, durability, and cost effectiveness.
A. 0.070’’ thick, 1.6” with three layer laminated, rubber sole. Inner White colour layer is insulated and non-marking. Outer black colour layer is conductive for grounding.
B. Dark Blue grounding ribbon tab, 24” long with multi-strand conductive ribbon, provides side to side conductivity.
C. One megohm current limiting resistor
D. 3/4” wide Yellow elastic loop material for comfort and easy attachment to foot.
E. 3/4” wide Yellow non-elastic hook material.

– For safety reasons, it is recommended that heel grounders be worn on both feet, in order to maintain a continuous path to the ground.
– Operator is grounded when heel is in contact with grounded dissipative or conductive flooring
– Heel, Toe, and Sole type design suit for all wearer’s shoes.
– Foot grounders could be manufactured as customer’s requirement, different colours and sizes available, customer’s logo also.
